The TLS-15 scale is divided into three subscales: Intimacy (items 1–5), Passion (items 6–10), and Commitment (items 11–15). Each item is rated on a scale from 1 to 5. The subscale score is the mean of the five items within each subscale. Higher scores indicate greater levels of the respective component of love.
